The participants witnessed an image super-collision inside a sculpture
that suggested the shape of an atom smasher artifact.
An iPod screen projected a symmetrically edited video in which two
moving images were collided in search for a new alternate static image.
Audio was transmitted through a headphone. The collision was looped
for about 7 minutes, then it had to be reactivated. That gave me the chance
to enjoy the rest of the show
6 minutes at the time.
Some participants claimed to have seen a strange image during the climax
of the super-collision.

SUSY was an experimental and exciting show.
It was extremely fun collaborating with many great Houston Artists.
Special thanks to Aisen Caro Chacin, Alex Tu, Naz Fall
and Melanie Jamison for making this happen.

Bringing back the metal to WHITE LINEN NIGHTS
This Saturday I am bringing back the metal to White Linen Nights in The Heights.
"Commercial" from the series "Found Subjects" just got added to the show "Body of Work" at KAXM gallery. I will show pieces from "Found Subjects" "Rising Debris" and the "Evolved Metal" series at First Saturday in the Heights by Mitch Cohen. Located in the parking lot of Sterling bank at 414 W. 19th Street. I will also feature work by Aisen Caro Chacin and Tyson Urich, they have been collaborating turning incandescent light bulbs into Terrariums. ( You are welcome to donate the ones you might still have )
Come buy some art and celebrate the Houston Heights.
